Limits & Tools
We want you to have fun gambling on Puntt, but itʼs just as important to us that you feel in control of your gambling on the site. We offer a number of features and tools to help.
Remember that setting up restrictions on your account does not necessarily mean you have a problem - for some people it just makes sense to set limits and reinforce healthy practices.
Deposit and stake limits
On the Account page you can set limits on how much you can deposit in a day, week or month. You can also set a limit on how much you can stake in a single bet.
When you sign up for an account your monthly deposit limit is set at £250 a month unless you specifically requested to raise it and passed the 24 hour cooling off period.
If you wish to take a short break from gambling with us, you can set a time-out that will disable your account from placing bets or for a chosen period of time.
On the Account page you can set a time-out for 24 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 6 weeks.
When you are on a time-out, we will stop sending you any marketing or promotional emails (if you opted in to them). You will still be able to log in and cash out your account balance. You cannot cancel the time-out.
If you feel you have a gambling problem, you should consider self-excluding to completely prevent yourself from betting with us. This means that we will close your account and return any funds in it.
You can set the length of the self-exclusion period from a minimum of 6 months up to a maximum of 7 years. If you want to reopen your account you must contact us after this exclusion period has been completed. After you contact us to reopen the account, a 24 hour cooling off period will apply to ensure you are happy with your decision.
You are not allowed to open a second account during self-exclusion.
To self-exclude, you can use any of the following options:
- Website: Go to the Account page and select Self-exclusion.
- Email: contact us at email@example.com
- Live chat: contact the customer services team on Discord.
If you are considering self-exclusion, you may wish to register with GAMSTOP.
GAMSTOP is a free service that enables you to self-exclude from participating online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain.
